Pakistan flood death toll over 800, state of emergency declared

At least 800 people have been killed in Pakistan over the last three days during floods triggered by monsoon rains. Thousands were left stranded as emergency services struggled to reach remote villages. Nearly 400 thousand have been displaced so far and the provincial government has declared a state of emergency. The torrential rains are expected to continue over the weekend..

'UFOs' spotted in Reading

Mobile phone footage has captured the moment that several UFO's were spotted flying above Reading, Berkshire.
The video was captured by Lizzie Zuowen Tang and Jo Mingjiao Xue who claim to have seen 21 flying objects between 4.45 and 5.53 in the morning.
Ms Tang said: "Their shapes were like rods which pointed in the direction they were flying, but they were rotating at the same time when flying forward.
"They flew very slowly without the noise which planes generate when flying, so at first we thought they were meteors, but then we immediately realised that they were definitely not meteors because their speed was much slower.
"We think that they were flying at a very high altitude and we saw two of them generate a very strong light flash for a few seconds when they were flying."
This is not the first time UFO's have been spotted in the UK, many people were left puzzled by a mysterious cylinder that hovered over a busy campsite in Brean, Somerset, last year.

MUFON CMS report - undisclosed location in New York - 6-29-2010

Witness was driving in to her job as a Home Health Aide and saw what she thought was a hole in the storm clouds, she had her cell phone with her and took a picture of the hole in the clouds. When she got to her job, she told (**Name deleted--SGonzalez/CMS) that she had seen a strange hole in the storm clouds on the way into work. He downloaded the picture on to his PC and saw the patterns of lights on the object, the trailing disturbance in the clouds and called me up on the phone. He sent the picture to me for my opinion.

To me, I can see the rain drops on the windshield and the image on the other side of the drops, there is no reflection in the glass.

NOTE: this is all the information I can find currently....very new report and the other databases haven't picked up yet. The object appears to be very well contrasted despite the reported speed of the vehicle (stated 55 MPH by witness)...note the scenery on the ground is blurred. As well, this report was filed by another party.
